Terms of Service
Conditions of carriage that apply to every consignment tendered to OmniPostGlobal.com.
Last updated 8 September 2026
1. Acceptance of shipments
By handing a consignment to us, or by booking online, you accept these conditions of carriage on your own behalf and on behalf of the consignee and anyone else with an interest in the shipment.
We may refuse or return any shipment that is improperly packed, incorrectly declared, or restricted under the laws of the origin, transit or destination country.
2. Transit times
Published transit times are estimates based on normal operating conditions and are not guaranteed. Customs inspection, weather, flight capacity and public holidays may extend delivery times.
3. Charges and payment
Charges are calculated on the greater of actual or volumetric weight. Duties, taxes and clearance fees levied at destination are payable by the consignee unless a duty-paid service has been purchased.
We may re-weigh and re-measure any shipment and adjust charges accordingly.
4. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the amounts set out in the Montreal Convention or applicable national law, unless additional cargo insurance was purchased at the time of booking.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or market.
5. Claims
Claims for damage or partial loss must be notified within 14 days of delivery; claims for non-delivery within 30 days of the tender date. Supporting documents and the original air waybill number are required.
